I had called this salon and it went straight to voicemail. I received a call back 15 mins or so later asking if I had called. I told the person that I wanted a neck trim and around the ears. I asked if there was a chance I could come in the next 10 minutes and she said that was fine, she could take me right away. I traveled 8 miles to get to this salon. Once I got there, she already had someone in her seat and I was told I could be seen in 30 minutes. According to the reviews this is a great salon and that is why I chose to call them BUT to get there and be told I would have to wait 30 mins was not going to work for me. Honesty is a great policy! If you couldn't get me in, I would have been okay with that, instead I drove 8 miles for no reason!
