My cut was horrible.

I had a miss communicating at Dani Hair Loft on August 26th, I schedule an appointment for a wash and blowout with Katelyn when I arrived Katelyn had me schedule for a style and cut and I told her I never schedule appointment for a style and cut, the front desk worker told me when I called to schedule the appointment for a wash and cut with Katelyn, she told me she couldn't put me in for a wash and blowout she have to put me in for a style and cut I specify told her I don't want a cut she said when I come in I will get the wash and blowout. I believe Katelyn was mad cause I wasn't getting a cut, I just wanted a wash and blowout cause I was going out of town, Katelyn is not my stylist Angel is and I couldn't get in with Angel. Angel have been my stylist for about 10yrs and never no complaints. Katelyn did not blowout my hair dry when I left the shop my hair was still damp. I end up getting my hair done over in Canton OH and the stylist wet my hair and there was still shampoo left in my hair. I called Dani Hair Loft and ask for my money back cause I end up paying $65 to get my hair redone for my trip. The owner pardon me from coming back to the shop at no fault of mines. I will say the owner was very unprofessional to pardon me after being going there for over 10yrs with no complaints, I will say that I loved when Angel did my hair she is the best I can't say about the other stylist, but I will say don't go to Katelyn. I will say is check with your scheduler she screwed up Katelyn schedule not me, but I had to pay the price. I feel I'm blessed cause I was able to find a another beauty shop in the Pittsburgh area. I'm definitely going to miss Angel doing my hair. DANIELLE DANZUS was the person that pardon me from the shop she seens to me that she had a attitude cause I can tell by the tone of her voice. I could see pardon me if my stylist Angel said that I always complain when she did my hair than that will be a reason to pardon clients. In my heart I believe racism played big part of pardon me.

RAINE takes good care of me.

I dont trust anyone else to cut me and my daughters' hair! She takes her time. I get tons of compliments after a fresh cut and blowout. Also she is very knowledgeable!
