I genuinely cannot fathom how this place has as many high reviews as it does. Are they buying reviews? I debated posting this, but to save someone else a headache I feel an obligation to. I scheduled a same day appointment with a specific stylist (who ended up not being there) and they stuck me with someone who seemed brand new. I understand everyone has to start somewhere so I gave her a chance. She didn't know how to follow reference pictures and I ended up with a total chop job. If I wanted an experience like that I'd go to Paul Mitchell School. It wasn't as obvious at the salon with the styling, but today it's very obvious. The top layer of my hair is now way heavier than the bottom, blunt cut straight across the thin lower layer, and I will have to go to another stylist to get it fixed. And sacrifice length I wanted to keep. Not to mention the general vibe in here is so unwelcoming and awkward. I got the impression that it was an issue I made a same day appointment. But why have the slot available if you don't want it filled? And they accept walk-ins. I'd be embarrassed if I were the owner. I've only ever had positive experiences at salons, but I've never been to one this bad. If you value your hair DO NOT COME HERE.
