I REALLY needed this massage today. Extreme ongoing high stress, pain in shoulder blade from stress. I scheduled a one hour massage online. Received a call within 5 minutes, I wasnt able to answer, they called right back! They wanted to ask all the questions i had just answered online and confirm. OK. Fine. Then this am, starting at 8am, they called back to back again!! I was sleeping because of the shoulder issue I didn't go to sleep until 530am... I called them back and they asked the same exact questions i had answered online to their other employee. She could tell I was frustrated and said it was because no one marked they had called me. Then, 30 minutes before my scheduled massage they call and cancel on me. Said their water line had been out all morning, (i don't bathe there nor receive water in my treatment at all and they can wash their hands with a bottled water so really not sure what the real reason was) she then asked me to reschedule and I said, NO WAY!!! NEVER AGAIN. This place has been this way before. Everyone is uptight. Good luck with that. Happy birthday to me! Blah!
