Ava is excellent at her craft. What makes her so exceptional is her care and consideration for the client she is treating. I suffered a brain injury, a few months back and have a lot of sensitivity to light and sound and even some touch. Ava was gentle. She took her time. She worked around the earbuds and sunglasses I had to wear and she kept asking if I was OK. She was sensitive to my sensory issues and never made me feel ashamed or weird because of them. She does exactly what I asked for and it always comes out great. And my hair is extremely long, but she never complains about it. I really have ever found a person to cut my hair that I like and feel safe with and she definitely is it for me now. A big thanks to Ava for helping me feel calm and safe in a season where my brain and nervous system broke.

Loved that Makayla took the time to do a consult before she washed my hair. Understood my issues and tried to cut my hair in a way that would frame my face and give my hair a slight bit of volume as I have extremely thin hair. Very pleasant to have a conversation with during my apt so I wasnt sitting in silence. I am very pleased with the cut she gave me as I didnt have a clue what style I wanted. Will definitely be returning.

Aside from a short wait, Ava was just who I needed for my haircut; sweet, calm, relaxed, my hair wash and head massage was delightful;) I love my hair cut! Beyond pleased:)
