I found the salon on Google and I chose it Due to its reviews and high rating. I noticed a salon specialist by the name of Rae was Highly recommended for color. I called and made An appointment for a color consult. Everyone was super nice, especially Rae. So I proceeded to inform her what I was looking for. I showed her an exact picture of what I wanted. I have really dark hair so I wanted my hair to be a light golden brown with caramel highlights. I was specific that I wanted that. When time came for me to get my hair colored I asked her before I sat down. Do you remember the picture of what I wanted and she said yes. I trusted her. So when she was working on my hair doing these parts for the highlight, I just Trusted her. The entire process was me Entirely trusting her with my hair. When she was done with the process, it wasn’t what I wanted, but she tried to hype it up as if that’s what I wanted. She seemed like she was playing it off like The highlights could blend with my dark hair. I didn’t say anything at that moment because she did a phenomenal job straightening it. So it looked nice as far as the straightening goes. But when I went into my car, my hair was so dark and I didn’t want anything to do with anything dark. I went home and I was just so unhappy that I cried. I had mentioned something very personal to her about going through a divorce and I wanted to have an entirely new look. I paid a lot of money for the simple look that I got and felt it wasn’t even worth that money. I called her back and left a message saying I was very unhappy and it wasn’t something that I wanted. They did give me another appointment to see about fixing it. I was just over it. And I’m going through something very personal with my mother being ill. So I didn’t even wanna go back. I should’ve been informed that with dark hair it takes several attempts to lighten it. She did not inform me of that. Had I known I wouldn’t have paid the amount that I paid for having the same dark hair. I feel I was Scammed into accepting something I didn’t want. If someone with dark hair goes to you for a color consult I think it’s important to inform them that it will take various tries to lighten your hair. I will not be going back to the salon and any dark haired person should ask how many attempts it takes to lighten your hair to a light brown. I usually don’t leave a negative review but this time I need to make sure that Dark hair, Customers are informed. I want to make sure I clarify that the Stylist is a very beautiful person inside and out and everyone at the salon is just so friendly and so kind butShe just seems like she doesn’t know what she’s doing for dark hair. Also, I asked to get my face framed with a haircut and it was not done.

I really recommend Stephanie. She is not just talented but so nice too. I love the head massage that she gave me after the hair wash. She was straightening my hair to make sure that it was good straighten and natural though she didn’t have to since I just came for a hair cut. She also made sure to get the result what I wanted on asking and giving her opinion.

I want to show my favorite stylist in the whole wide world some love. I’ve been going to Amanda for over 15 years and I absolutely LOVE HER!! She is warm, inviting, and listens closely to what your goals are for your style always delivering. My hair has never looked better and been healthier than it is under her care. The staff at the salon are all so warm and welcoming.

Makayla did a phenomenal job on my hair. I told her what I wanted and she made it happen! I look so put together and fabulous! I’m lucky to have found her. I highly recommend her.

This was my first hair appointment ever and I was more than satisfied. My hair stylist listened to all of my requests and treated me with the best care. They also explained the benefits of each product to me as they applied it to my hair. I will definitely be recommending this place to others and coming back in the future!

I had my hair cut here today by Makayla and am so happy with the experience. I just moved into the area and got lucky finding a great salon on my first try! I highly recommend booking with Makayla, she is so down to earth, easy to talk to and listens to exactly what you're wanting done with your hair. She really took her time and omg, that scalp massage is heavenly. My hair feels and looks so much healthier and she was also able to recommend some products to help my hair since I'm about to give birth and hormones are gonna wreck havoc on it. I also love the set up of the salon, it has a really nice vibe. Very clean, and I love that the shampoo area is more dimly lit and towards the back so you really get to relax ❤️
