I’ve been asking for a “wolf cut” with extreme layers for years from various other hair cut places and I’ve always received a shag; but not this time. My wavy hair has always scared hair dressers too much to do what I asked for; for the fear I wouldn’t like it or that they’d mess up. Hannah far exceeded my expectations and successfully gave me the hair cut of my dreams. Even after a few cuts I could already see the hair cut coming to life just like the photo I showed her, and I was excited the entire time she was cutting my hair. The hair cut included my hair being washed and blow dried, of which was incredibly soothing. The last two photos are the photos I showed Hannah in order to describe what haircut I wanted, since “wolf cut” is a broad term—and I knew my hair wouldn’t “look like it” (the photo) because my hair isn’t straight—but I think it looks better on curly hair. I’ll be back for high lights hopefully in November! 100% was worth the price of being listened to. Hannah was wonderful!!

My first appointment with Rae was like chatting with an old friend. She’s incredibly friendly and took the time to get to know me and what I wanted. I love my updated hair style and shaped brows. Such a great experience.

I found her because I had to switch stylists, it was totally random that she was the one who specialized in the services I was looking for, but it is actually ME who got lucky! Excellent service and knowledge. My daughters really enjoyed their experience and the new hair cut boosted my 18 year olds confidence. My daughter came in with a photo reference and Heather was able to replicate the style and do it better. Magic fingers 😉

I found the salon on Google and I chose it Due to its reviews and high rating. I noticed a salon specialist by the name of Rae was Highly recommended for color. I called and made An appointment for a color consult. Everyone was super nice, especially Rae. So I proceeded to inform her what I was looking for. I showed her an exact picture of what I wanted. I have really dark hair so I wanted my hair to be a light golden brown with caramel highlights. I was specific that I wanted that. When time came for me to get my hair colored I asked her before I sat down. Do you remember the picture of what I wanted and she said yes. I trusted her. So when she was working on my hair doing these parts for the highlight, I just Trusted her. The entire process was me Entirely trusting her with my hair. When she was done with the process, it wasn’t what I wanted, but she tried to hype it up as if that’s what I wanted. She seemed like she was playing it off like The highlights could blend with my dark hair. I didn’t say anything at that moment because she did a phenomenal job straightening it. So it looked nice as far as the straightening goes. But when I went into my car, my hair was so dark and I didn’t want anything to do with anything dark. I went home and I was just so unhappy that I cried. I had mentioned something very personal to her about going through a divorce and I wanted to have an entirely new look. I paid a lot of money for the simple look that I got and felt it wasn’t even worth that money. I called her back and left a message saying I was very unhappy and it wasn’t something that I wanted. They did give me another appointment to see about fixing it. I was just over it. And I’m going through something very personal with my mother being ill. So I didn’t even wanna go back. I should’ve been informed that with dark hair it takes several attempts to lighten it. She did not inform me of that. Had I known I wouldn’t have paid the amount that I paid for having the same dark hair. I feel I was Scammed into accepting something I didn’t want. If someone with dark hair goes to you for a color consult I think it’s important to inform them that it will take various tries to lighten your hair. I will not be going back to the salon and any dark haired person should ask how many attempts it takes to lighten your hair to a light brown. I usually don’t leave a negative review but this time I need to make sure that Dark hair, Customers are informed. I want to make sure I clarify that the Stylist is a very beautiful person inside and out and everyone at the salon is just so friendly and so kind butShe just seems like she doesn’t know what she’s doing for dark hair. Also, I asked to get my face framed with a haircut and it was not done.

Lovely atmosphere, Makayla was very friendly and did a great job. I could go there just to get the head massage and hot towel treatment ☺️. I love how my highlights turned out!

I really recommend Stephanie. She is not just talented but so nice too. I love the head massage that she gave me after the hair wash. She was straightening my hair to make sure that it was good straighten and natural though she didn’t have to since I just came for a hair cut. She also made sure to get the result what I wanted on asking and giving her opinion.
