Raushel did a fantastic job on a difficult head of hair. I love the cut and left the salon feeling good.She really takes good care of this 70 year old. She is professional while being easy to talk with. This is my second haircut and style with Raushel. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I had a really frustrating time here. I spent alot of money and had lots of photos of what I wanted. I left feeling unsatisfied and like my hair looked cheap/trashy. I called and they allowed me to come in for a "fix" (although they couldnt fit me in for another 3 weeks so I walked around mad about my original result all that time) The second tech made my hair ultimately much darker than I wanted, so much so that it was nearly my original, natural color. That was frustrating because now my hair was damaged and not nearly as blond as I had intended. Both techs were very nice and I know they had good intentions but I just wish I would've found a better place. It was more money than I cared to spend just to be unhappy.
