Honestly heard very good things about this place and haven't had a haircut in so long, was very nervous since haven't really gotten a decent haircut in quite awhile. I went in and everyone was very sweet, when got to my stylist I was nervous and explained my situation and what had wanted, showing a script and how wanted my haircut, I'm a man with thick hair, i then asked if she wanted to hold onto the phone so she could use it as reference and she said it was not needed... I didn't get anything close to what wanted with something very short when had insisted that I wanted to keep length and more of a shape up for my cut. I was then told to live with it and if I wanted a readjustment for free to make it SHORTER. left unhappy and completely unsure if should ask for a refund, paid fora mens scissor haircut ONLY and clippers were not needed for the cut had wanted, it actually destroyed my soul to feel so much hair fall off and hit my shoulders, complete dread hit when actually saw the result, I honestly don't even know what to say anymore, thank you for reading this

My haircut came out better than I imagined. I think im going to stick with this style for awhile. I will see you again at our next appointment.
