I've been coming to Styles for a little bit over a year. After I got my worst haircut at Great Clips, I decided to try Styles here in Mount vernon and was completely blown away! I should had been coming here for years! Sonia works with such skill. . . always leaves me feeling and looking amazing! She and everyone in the salon are the kindest and happiest bunch of gals. I always look forward to a visit. Sonia always knows what I want and even when I'm not sure how to put the image from my mind into words, she somehow knows exactly what cut/style I wan! Recently I had an appointment with Mariela and can also vouch for her outstanding work and friendly personality. I'll definitely continue to do all my hair work here with them. I would recommend you all.

I absolutely loved the environment and the work done on me! It’s definitely a place that makes you feel beautiful. However you have to be STRONG when telling them to not cut your hair short. Every single time I get a coloring or stying it’s a 10/10 but when it comes to a haircut it’s as if THEY decide how much you need cut instead of their customers needs/wants. I had beautiful long hair and I requested to keep my length and just get layers on top w cute bangs. But just like other times I’ve gotten a haircut, they cut WAY more than asked. I completely recommend and I’ll go again but if it happens a third time I will have to start learning how to cut it myself and just get color and styled there 😭.
