I visited for a chemical peel to treat my acne scars. Anu took time reviewing my skin, explained prcocess involved and peel went without fuss. Recovery was quick and I saw smoother texture within a week. Very pleased with quality.

I cannot speak for the services they offer however I came to this store with hopes of purchasing products from a brand that is hard to find. The open sign was flipped “open” and google shows that they are open until 6pm however when I arrived and rang the bell 3 times I was only left with calling a number and being told they’re closed and nobody is there. I understand if it is based on appointments however that should be communicated online or with a sign on the door. I hope the services are better than the customer service and so called marketing.

My experience at Laser Genesis has been great from the moment I began my treatment.. Anu has been nothing but amazing and very welcoming.. she is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin and the right treatments..
