Mayra is THE BEST. I go here for haircuts, she has done great with my wavy hair both for short cuts and longer. I haven’t gotten color here but Mayra knows color! She is experienced, professional, and friendly. I’m very particular about my haircuts and Alya salon has always delivered. Thank you to Mayra and the team

I usually have a really hard time getting a haircut that flatters my face and makes me feel good but I have had absolutely no issues with either with the cut Mimi gave me! She was so kind and professional and just gave me a great cut and great advice on how to maintain and care for my hair! I am looking forward to having her work on my hair again and would definitely recommend her and Alya Salon & Spa to anyone looking for a quality cut and styling!

I love this place I have been coming here for just over a year and it is the best salon I have been too in a while. The look of the salon is clean and modern which I love. I got my hair dyed purple once and not at all during it did I feel like they were rushing it. It took just over 3 hours when we planned for only 3 but I did not feel as though they wanted to make it take any less time or take any short cuts and I am thankful for that cause my hair looked amazing. They offered me water, tea and coffee. Everyone there was kind and let me know what they were doing at every point and had me check to make sure it matched my vision.

Mina did an amazing job with my haircut! Not only does the cut look amazing, she also gave me tips and tricks on how to style my hair and what products to use! She is so kind and talented, definitely recommend!

I had SUCH a great experience here! Moved to Virginia in June and I was slacking with finding a new salon. I read all the great reviews and saw such good work so I gave it a shot! I got a color balayage (added the blue to already purple hair) with Miss Kalpana and face frame layers; she was so lovely and did fantastic work! Can't wait to go back.

I’ve been coming to Alya since 2019 and have loved every minute spent here! It’s such a relaxing but upbeat atmosphere. Reagan makes sure I leave her chair looking my absolute best. I love that she is on top of the latest color and cutting techniques. It’s also a bonus to be able to have my eyebrows waxed or threaded when I’m in. I am constantly recommending Alya to anyone who complements my hair (which is often)!

Mina did a great job cutting my hair :) she gave me recommendations on how to keep it healthier and stronger and was super quick and cut off any dead ends without me losing too much length, which I appreciate. The wash is nice and the salon is cute!

Love Alya Salon for all the small details given attention. Reagan specializes in extensions and is a magician! Her ability to blend/shape with the cut makes my hair look so natural. I have never not absolutely loved my hair. She’s very thorough, detailed and knowledgeable about the maintenance, all of which I very much appreciate. Ana is awesome and delivers great and friendly service. In my limited interaction with other staff/stylists, they have all be very kind.

My curly hair found a stylist. Mayra at Alya Salon listened to my preferences and came up with a style that worked with my curl pattern. I am happy with my cut and can easily style it myself. Everyone at the salon was friendly, and I was able to get an appointment quickly.
