I wanted to wait for a few sessions before leaving a review. I have had a relaxer done, I have had a silk press done, I have brought my 10yr old for a silk press as well, I have had trims, so I have had enough experience to give a review. My go to person is Shaakira! But from the lovely lady who answers the calls or greets me when I walk in and pay to Shaakira, its amazing customer service and very welcoming. I am one of those people that stay loyal to good customer service and the fact that it’s 3 miles away from home is an added bonus! Have not left disappointed yet and hope I never do, keep up the good work ladies!
