New client here. It's a bit unsettling going to a new salon after many years with the same one. However, I liked Voula's the moment I walked in and was welcomed by a fresh, relaxing, pleasing aroma! Great diffuser! Nicolette was my stylist recommended by a friend. She is warm and welcoming and a pleasure to talk with. I LOVE my color that Nicolette did! I am a red head, and red is not easy. My cut was awesome! There is something different about it that I can't place my lay mans finger on, but this cut works and looks amazing! Did I mention, I love the color???!!! Btw, the whole place smells amazing, (even the loo)! Thank you Voula's Hairway to Heaven!

Never been to a "hair Salon" in my 44 years of life. Always had very short hair. With COVID restrictions last few years I grew it out. My hair was a mess from self coloring. Nicolette, was so great. She took time to explain all the things I had no idea about. Foils, full, partial, glazing ect.... Not to mention the result. Amazing!!! Every one was kind. Even met the owner Ms. Voula. I'll be going for my next session in a few weeks. Dam Grey hair!!!

I was squeezed in for a last minute haircut, and was lucky enough to get a spot with Aly. She was friendly, listened to what I wanted and was very efficient. I was surprised by how quickly my appt went. At my old spot in NYC it took them 30 mins to style my hair after it was cut. I have long coarse hair. She gave me some beachy waves in no time flat. I am giving them 5 stars. Once my beach waves wash off I will see how the cut looks without being styled and if necessary I will update my review but right now I am happy with it!

I came in town for a wedding and needed a trim and a do. I got both here! Was able to set a semi-last minute appointment and my stylist, Alyssa, was great!
